History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and she has decided she is irredeemable

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and her religion dominates her actions

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
