History: Ratbag lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Ratbag has worked very hard to control his curse. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: Aelar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Aelar never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. At some point he was captured by brigands and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and a deep hatred of brigands
