Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Oskar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: An older man who is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior, he is not a threatening figure. His red fur is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Blacksmith born in the past three hundred years. The war was a terrible time for him, and Quick does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.
