Description: An older woman who wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty pastel coat over it, she is not a threatening figure. She wears a Stetson hat to cover her moderate length yellow fur. Her eyes are blue and beady.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Shifting was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and sports black clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His blonde hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Olgoth was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: To protect her home.

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His tied-back hair is blonde. His hazel eyes peer out from beneath his Stetson blue hat.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
