History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She tends to her Fisher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
