History: Born in the south to a Mayor, Oppleby learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He tends to his Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tiefling in existence. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Oriax was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Oriax decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

His red hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Body Guard for the past few years.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and expand his business

Description: She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She wears her red hair up. Her black eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. She has achieved small success as a Ruler.

Motivation: To pay off her debts; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it
