History: She comes from a rich western family. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: Hatae speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: Hatae was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She tends to her Merchant job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
