Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Sariel was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She found a children's book about a Elf Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Blendaeth lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and an old rival family wants her found

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
