Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she wears a fancy pastel dress. Her black fur is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. She is baby faced.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. River grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did River. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He's also a talented Map Maker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: The child of a Fletcher, who enjoyed hunting, Hoshû was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Roofer responsibilities is difficult; and to be a fletcher again

Description: He is a mite stocky and dresses in grey turtlenecks beneath a white coat with black slacks. His brown hair is smooth and relatively long. His gray eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Whurbin was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Adept in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wants to open a new tavern
