Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He very much looks the part of a Miller. His blonde hair is long and unkept. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Miller. He became a Miller soon after.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east.

Description: She is a husky woman, who dresses like a well dressed Barber does. She wears her blue hair up. She is baby faced.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her mother worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled mother and took her mother's old job. She's also a talented Spy, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Barber and was forced into it by her family; and expand her business

Description: He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt, and he perpetually has his ceremonial dagger ready. He has done his best to style his red hair to look like a famous performer. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and a deep hatred of orcs
