She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: Nordak speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Ulblyn's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Ulblyn lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Gifted from a young age, Helja studied abroad. Her first spouse was a Shipwright, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Shipwright they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Spice Merchant, and she later adopted a second daughter.
