Description: He is a husky man, who wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with white colored cloaks and clothing. His white hair is long and unkept. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Gnomish culture. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He found a children's book about a Halfling Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortbow.

Description: This woman is very fat, and wears baggy tan pantaloons and a red scarf. Her hair is short and chestnut. This gray eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Interpreter but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Xanaphia was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Gnomish companion (her 'brother'). She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears dark leathers with embroidery. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His fierce blue eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Oren fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he is greedy

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
