He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
