History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Description: This eastern man is abnormally tall. He is dressed in an above average manner. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His red hair, when down, is lengthy. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Garl was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Interpreter. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
