Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His white hair is thinning but still full. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Dain hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. After coming to the age of reason, Dain took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
