History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the east were limited. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He is dressed in earthy colors with a green and yellow handkerchief worn on his right side. His white hair has been sun bleached extensively. His eyes are red and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. A true patriot, Barakas would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. After a long history of fighting, Barakas and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and wants to raise his children well
