History: Robert was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and regain custody of his daughter

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Herbalist born in the past three hundred years. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: The child of a Slave Trader, who enjoyed hunting, Daar was taken on many hunting expeditions. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She's also a talented Slave Trader, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He worked as a nervous Dyer and found it very stressful. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
