History: Norman hails from a village terrorized by goblins. History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it

History: Tod was born with his father's beautiful face. Tod was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Cartwright. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Tod fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
