Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tiefling companion (his 'brother'). He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Marshal for the past few years.

Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, and a wedding ring on her right hand. Her head has been shaved. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are violet.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. She found a children's book about a Human Aristocrat who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister.

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears tattered old clothes. His red fur is braided into rings. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady amber eyes.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Harvest was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warlock, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warlock in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is his passion

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Stylist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs
