She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Vani was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Warrior, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Warrior in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Her childhood dream was to be a Banker, but she was a colossal failure. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Gifted from a young age, Joan studied abroad. Her parents enrolled her in a Expert school at a young age so that she could practice her necromantic talents. She now owns her own business.
