Description: This dark-skinned male dresses like a well dressed Mercenary does. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His hair is brown and very short. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: Shágflak is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the south were limited. He struck the Mercenary job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a tan small hat and tan clothes, and is pretty ugly. His auburn hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His gray eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: He got into the Cartwright business at a young age. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He struck the Cartwright job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: To protect his home; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: She tends to wear a brown poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her shortbow, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a rose on it. Her brown fur is greasy and uncared for. She has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.
Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and retire the richest woman in the west

Description: She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her trident, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a cross on it. Her crest is green, silky, and of moderate length. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She hates drow. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. Harann is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: Harann was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bookbinder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Mason they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Bookbinder, and she later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and she desires to right it
