Through the years after Urshar was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Urshar's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She disdains her fellow westerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Sculptor profession.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gifted student he started as a Sculptor, but he got bored and became a Sailor. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: She got into the Sailor business at a young age. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Sailor. She has achieved small success as a Sailor.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she is unsatisfied with her job
