Personality: He hates Halflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it.
