History: Gardain was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Scribe. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and wants to work out more often

History: He was born into a rich family. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with wide-brimmed hat. Her red crest is unkempt and raggedy. Her eyes are likewise gold.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Apothecary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Apothecary and was forced into it by her family; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
