History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She takes great joy in being the best Scribe in town.

History: Born in the east to a Scribe, Herleva learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Scribe. She became a Scribe soon after.
