History: Kadana hails from a village terrorized by drow. While she appears to be a normal Dragonborn, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and doesn't want to be a mayor and was forced into it by her family

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright grey and green, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Kriv has worked very hard to control his curse. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during, and he perpetually has his scythe ready. His hair, while still mostly blue, has prominent grey streaks. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tiefling in existence. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He is a Lycanthrope in disguise. Melech abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he's looking for his big break
