History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Dwarven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dwarven doctor. After a long history of fighting, Phelaia and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Performer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and someone believes him a fraud
