History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Bookbinder work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Eida fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
