Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a black armored body suit, with a simple brown line shooting up and back down. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the east. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Soapmaker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: A stocky lighter skinned woman, she typically wears grey cloth garments or leather armor. Her hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: She is dressed in an above average manner. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Her blonde hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. She has several tiny sapphire earrings on each ear.

Personality: She hates drow. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: Matilda was born with her father's beautiful face. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Matilda alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud.

Description: He is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. He has a blonde handlebar mustache and slicked back blonde hair. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
