Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Balam is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: The child of a Apothecary, who enjoyed hunting, Balam was taken on many hunting expeditions. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sage for hire.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Bathin was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
