Description: She is scrawny and has patchy black stubble. She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. She has a hunchback. She wears her black hair up in a very large beehive style do. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are blue.
Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Delre was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: Her right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). She keeps her long blue hair kept up in a rat tail. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She is a great chef.
History: She was born into a rich family. Her parents enrolled her in a Barbarian school at a young age so that she could practice her divine talents. She struck the Priest job and began her own company from there.
Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and to be a butcher again

Description: She wears a worn and beaten armor. She is portly but not overly obese. Her silver hair is thinning but still full. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She has all her life been fascinated with writing.
History: Ermina was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Ermina was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ermina decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Spice Merchant.
Motivation: Many orcs want her driven away; and balancing her hectic life and new spice merchant responsibilities is difficult
