Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Avice is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and doesn't want to be a mercenary and was forced into it by her family

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has achieved small success as a Map Maker.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A gifted student he started as a Barrister, but he got bored and became a Sailor. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sailor for hire.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has decided he is irredeemable
