Personality: Chad speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
