History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a chocolate of some kind. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and green, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, marred by chocolates. His hair is red and curly. His hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. After a long history of fighting, Kilvar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
