Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the west were limited. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Hogar never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
