Personality: She is a Mayor first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: Gifted from a young age, Williamina studied abroad. Her necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
