History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.
