Description: She is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by her earthly robes.. Her silver hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: Kristryd is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Half-Elven people.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing tan cape and mantle trimmed with soft green waves gently in the breeze. He has a long white beard with little hanging trinkets. He has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.
Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Sculptor who has hired him part-time. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Sculptor arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He found a children's book about a Elf Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: He wears a green shirt with thin black vertical stripes and yellow pants. His silver hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. His white unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Tieflings.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Valafar took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up mace and armor he uses now. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

His auburn hair is matted, messy, and big. His hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Carter arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
