History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Detective mother left him crippled. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He has styled his chestnut hair well, parting it to the left. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Zephan is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
