Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She wears long strands of topaz and short brown dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. She has a very tight haircut. She has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.
Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She has worked as a Bookbinder like her father before her.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Bookbinder responsibilities is difficult; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears light armors faded through time and improper care, and a wedding ring on her left hand. Her golden hair is unkempt and raggedy. Her face is scarred and worn.
Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Marshal business.
History: Ella was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.
Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

Description: This woman stands a little under 3'10" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears a tattered pair of loose brown pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. Her auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: Valida hails from a village terrorized by illithids. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and a deep hatred of illithids

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Tailor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Tailor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Tailor job and began his own company from there.
