History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Nutae was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: This woman loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: Sumnes was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Sumnes has worked very hard to control her curse. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Sumnes fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
