Description: This slender woman stands about 2'10". She wears a white shirt with thin red vertical stripes and grey pants. Her black hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: Merla was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Merla was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Barber responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Stylist. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Stylist work with an outfit from a few towns over. Stylist work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

History: Spear was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has achieved small success as a Mayor.
