History: Nogu was born with her mother's beautiful face. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Tabaxi activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tabaxi doctor. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
