History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, drow burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying south to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Mormog lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
