Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. A freak accident while working with her Dyer father left her crippled. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He wears grey leather gloves, a grey jacket, and tight pants, marred by teas. His black hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. This amber eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. A true patriot, Vonbin would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Tanner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Vonbin and his spouse have recently divorced.
