History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Ronwe alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and she desires to right it; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. During his travels, Jocelyn and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Jocelyn discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Jocelyn fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Some 5 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Jaxi never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
