Description: An older man who wears a grey shirt, with a brown mid length shorts with brown tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them, he is not a threatening figure. He keeps his black hair in a pixie cut. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: Morgran is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Morgran hails from a village terrorized by goblins. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Morgran alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Barber they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Layabout, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. Her white hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her eyes are violet and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She hates illithids. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has achieved small success as a Mortician.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety; and a deep hatred of illithids

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: Uadjit was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. After a long history of fighting, Balimaar and his spouse have recently divorced.
