Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'5" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a yellow Stetson hat and yellow clothes. He has done his best to style his chestnut hair to look like a famous performer. His amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Shoemaker for the past few years.
Motivation: To unite with his sister; and he wants to get laid

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gormogord does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Gormogord's homeland. Gormogord decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he feels kind of lost in life

Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. She wears a blue coat over a red low-cut shirt, and a wide-brimmed hat upon her head, marred by teas. Her silver hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. She wears a mask on her face.
Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: The child of a Jeweler, who enjoyed hunting, Mardnab was taken on many hunting expeditions. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Mardnab took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up warhammer and armor she uses now. She's also a talented Jeweler, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Description: She wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her ceremonial dagger, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a clover on it. She sports silver long hair. Her eyes are a pleasant amber.
Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is obsessed with her god.
History: The child of a Apothecary, who enjoyed hunting, Althaea was taken on many hunting expeditions. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Althaea fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and money/treasure
