History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Moon grew up listening to her father's many stories. Her childhood dream was to be a Roofer, but she was a colossal failure. She has never given up on her music dream.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Mayor but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Mayor. She tends to her Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.
