History: Kallista was born the youngest of three triplets. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature crossbow.

History: Raam was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fletcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fletcher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Stylist they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Fletcher, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Navigator. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Korinn grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Her first spouse was a Sellsword, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Navigator and was forced into it by her family; and an old rival family wants her found
